Norway, Costa Rica, as well as the Maldives, are all struggling with high cost. This is as technological hurdles towards staying in the most exclusive club for fighting climate change in all of the planet.~~

This would be in seeking to cut net greenhouse gas emissions down to zero. Praising their "carbon neutrality" targets is the United Nations, and doing so before a U.N. summit, scheduled for December the 7th to the 18th, in Copenhagen.

This had been the agreement, which consisted of a new pact, with directives geared towards combating global warming.
