A compost is an organic material that could be used as amendment for soil or even replace it in some cases. When a compost matures, it is then called humus, has a dark brown or black color with earth-link smell.~~

These organic materials is made by combining different organic wastes in proper proportions and adding bulking agents such as wood chips, wood carvings, or saw dusts.
