There is one good story about a successful entrepreneur in Florida. This man, Wallace Amos, made a fortune by selling his Aunt's homemade chocolate and pecan cookies.

Before he opened his Famous Amos cookie store in Sunset Boulevard in L.A., he first studied a two-year culinary program, served in the Air Force, worked for the William Morris talent agency and used his cookies to entice celebrities to sign with his agency, then finally opened his store and made $300,000 the first year. In 1988, Keebler bought his company and made him the company's official spokesman.
