Growing Roses Have you ever wanted to grow a rose bush? Well I did and didn't know where t start so I searched it on the web and here is what I found. I do just want to say roses are one of the most amazing flowers in my opinion. Growing roses is a great thing to do. They are a pretty easy flower to take care of but just like everything, they do need a little preparation and regular care. Caring for your roses will give you a beautiful bush of flowers to show off in the end.~~ The best time to plant roses is ether in the beginning of spring or late in the fall. Your flowers like to have about six hours of sunlight a day. So you want to make sure your planting them somewhere where there is a lot of sun. You also don't want to plant the roses to close together because they won't develop correctly. To prepare the area you should dig a depth of two feet down and put all soil in and mix in a little manure or compost. You should also add a little limestone and leaf compost for your roses nutrient's. The hole for the rose should be put in the ground about two inches. You should then pack around the rose to keep it firmly in place. Now al you do is wait and keep caring for your roses and you will have a beautiful bush to show off. |
