Are the New Graduates Ready for the Workforce?

A lot of newly graduate students are actually very eager to get a good job in some companies in their city. However, most of them seem not ready for the workforce and that is one of the problems faced by the company owners. Though they have fresh knowledge about their profession it is still better if the new applicants would undergo hands on training. In that way, they can expose themselves to the actual work and learn it very well. The universities should also help the students by training them in laboratories or allow them to witness the work through educational tours.
