There is nothing wrong with taking care of your health either

Your body is important but for a complete, global solution to body maintenance you must focus on taking care of your mind as well. This is tough in today's world as most people think that "relaxing" means to sit in front of the television for hours without stimulating your mind. Actually this type of behavior when it gets to a systemic level is bad for your mental health because yous tart enjoying and becoming addicted to "not thinking" so to speak. Relaxation should include activities that you like doing that stimulate your mind at the same time (sports for example).
