Urban Gardens.

Houghton Jones neighborhood garden was planted in early June but unfortunately vandals decimated the place and uprooted almost 90% of the urban garden three week later.

Luckily young and stubborn gardeners replanted and now they are presenting a photographic exhibit dedicated to the experience, showcasing photos taken as they tilled, planted, replanted and harvested the produce.

Michigan is known and ranked second in the country as far as crop diversity, it means the the soil and climate here is suitable for a wider range of crops.
