My own Package Experience

What's new? It has always been like that in Uruguay. I am an expat too. Sometimes I just can't understand the system on how they do things. I have been in the same situation everytime I order something online. The whole process of going back and forth just to be able to get the package and not to mention the amount of money that you have to pay to the customs. I just wonder, why can't they make it simpler and easier for us not to be burdened a lot. I hope Uruguay government will do something about it.
