Budgeting Your Rental Expense

When you are renting your home, you need to consider watching over your monthly budget. A good budget would be to allocate the maximum of 50% of your monthly income to your housing expense. This includes others costs like rent, utility bills and real estate property taxes.

Another 25% should be allocated to daily expenses like food, clothes and other consumables. The last 25% should be kept aside as savings for emergency situations like medical expenses. Try to adhere to this monthly budget and you will have less troubles to deal with.
