Should Senior Workers Stay Longer?

I don't have any discrimination to any employees as long as they do their jobs well. However, there are some companies who would prefer to hire younger employees who seem to have fresher ideas and more energetic in doing their tasks. In Japan, they see older employees to be more potential and better assets in the company because of their experience in a particular field of work. It is true that senior workers are experts and have mastery of their work, but I think young employees should also be given the chance to prove themselves.
