It's about our services. We are a Hungarian dental team, and we have lot of clients from the U.K, Ireland and from other countries. We want more clients from these countries. Our services are very good, we have high educated partners, and our prices are lower (50-75% off!!)than the "domestical" prices. ~~ What inspired you to launch your own website? I would like to inform our visitors about the advanteges our services, and I want to show, how nice country is Hungary. When did you launch this site? The launch was four years ago. How did you decide on a name for your website? It was very easy. The name of the site is as the same as our clinic. What makes your website different from other, similar offerings? We try to offer a copmlete solution for our clients. Help to travel, booking hotels etc. And our site mirrored it. What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?) We want more clients, and we know, our site is a good tool for it. It is a very valuable marketing channel. I want to own it forever. How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? I'm the head of the clinic. We have a small marketing team, and I have a good friend (he is one of my clients anyway) who is a good SEO guy, so we can working together and everybody knows what is his/her responsibility. The model is simply and works well. If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site? Good question. I think if I would have an "unlimited budget" I build an online community and try to make a real authority site. So we could help people to find good solutions for dental related problems and it would be a great andvantege in this economical crisis. If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand? Short answer: yes. What headaches have you had to deal with? I think we are not different than others. While all the prices are emerging,(what we must to pay) we can't emerge our prices because we will lost our clients. Our clients are the members of the "middle class" of the society and they have less money than past. What has been your biggest challenge? There are lot of challanges. Think about: how we try to "make" clients. The first step: The website traffic must be high, with a good conversion. Not an easy game. The first step is: we want to convert our leads to clients. (They are from abroad!!) We must to have a very excellent communication. We must to provide excellent work because our garantee are 10-05 years and we have to pay everything (travel, hotels..etc) if the client has an issue with the treatment. What method has been most successful for promoting your website? Short answer: SEO We made lot of things to make clients. For example -buy leads - lot of work, lot of mail, but noresults -Adwords - this is good, and we had some clients from the campaigne, but the is great challange. There are lot of comtetitors in this "niche". Look at the adwords campaigns on google:"dental implants". There are more than 300 who want visitors, and pay for it. The avarage CPC is $7-9 on the first page. This is very high. And if the "visitor" clicked on our ad (for $8) visited our site - they don't want to travel to Hungary unfortunatelly. So the ROI is not positive if we use CPC. We need free or cheap traffic - we nedd SEO. The cons: not to fast. How has running your website differed from your expectations? It was hard until we know nothing about IM(internet marketing). The situation today is different fortunatelly. ROI = + How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up? Our traffic is emerging, we have more and more visitors, but we have to work hard.
